Activities at the Oeuvre Research & Development (OR&D) Works include the utilization of pilot plant manufacturing capability to produce high purity barium titanate and co-precipitated barium titanate powders.

 

BaTiO₃ Nominal Material Properties: (n=23 batches)

Specific Surface Area: 8-10 m²/g

Particle Size Distribution (± 10%): d90= 0.65µm, d50=0.45µm, d10=0.25µm

A/B Ratio=1.0080

 

This material is available for evaluation in dielectric formulations as well as for manufacture of filaments for 3D printing processes. Filament spools for 3D printing applications are also available.
